Plastic Media Blasting

We offer two different styles of blast room enclosure for plastic media stripping, including a single skin sheet metal enclosure, as well as an enclosure that is fabricated from smooth polyester panels with a bright white finish, which provides improved light reflection, sound attenuation and faster erection time.

As pictured, this blast system utilizes a hanger-type door on larger blast booth installations. These doors are specifically designed for the application and are installed and maintained by local companies who specialize in doors of this type and size. These doors, along with the entire blast room system, are engineered and built to very strict quality control requirements in order to ensure extremely reliable service and low maintenance costs.
